About the Breathwork Style

Iris Cullinan of RARE FORTUNE is a certified SOMA Breath Facilitator as well as a Certified Hypnotherapist with the National Guild of Hypnotists. She brings together ancient Pranayama techniques with cutting-edge protocols to maximize health, wellbeing, and longevity. The breathwork style is a three-part process consisting of rhythmic breathing and breath-holds on the exhale and inhale.

There will be time for community connection and processing before and afterward, and hypnotic suggestions will be incorporated to help you activate the support of your subconscious mind, as well as practices you can incorporate in your daily life to continue the healing and transformation all week long.

  • Attend this workshop in a quiet place where you will not be bothered, with a strong WiFi connection. Bring whatever you need to be comfortable, like blankets/pillows, an eye mask, and a glass of water. You may also wish to bring a journal and pen for reflections and notes.
